- What is needed to sign a lease contract?
- Bring valid ID either passport of driver’s license
- How long is the contract term?
- One year, renewable thereafter.
- When are monthly rent and utility bills due and payable?
- Both are due and payable every 5th of the month. The first rental payment is pro-rated based on move-in date
- Are utility bills charged per room or per head in the case where there are more than one lessee in a unit?
- Per head
- Is there any curfew imposed in the building?
- None. We have 24-hour security so you can come and go as you please.
- Are there drinking water and laundry services available in the building or do we need to acquire externally?
- Tenants need to acquire these services externally but we will accredit a supplier who will be allowed to deliver to our building in the case of drinking water.
- Is there a wifi service at the study area?
- Yes, in the ground and 5th floors.
- Is there a common dining area?
- None, but each unit has a table that can be used to eat or study
- Is there a security lock for each cabinet?
- None. Tenants provide for their own locks.
- Are tenants allowed to install basic appliances in the units?
- Yes.
