  1. What features are included in the unit?

  3. Is there an increase during a renewal of contract?
    • Generally, yes. 7 % Escalation rate upon renewal of lease contract. Tenants may negotiate their rent increase depending on the prevailing market forces at the time of renewal.
  4. How much will I need to pay for me to move in and what is the mode of payment?
    • Prior to move in pay 1mo. advance, 2mos. security deposits and the pro-rated rate (Month 0 if there’s any).
    • Payments must be thru bank deposits. Strictly no Cash allowed.
  5. I am reviewee. Can I rent for only 3 months? How much is the unit?
    • Contracts for reviewees are at least 4 to 5 months or until May and June only.
    • Rates for contracts less than 1 year are higher by about 15% to cover for vacancy shortfall.
  6. Can I reserve the unit far in advance?
    • Unfortunately, no. We only accept reservations up to 2 weeks in advance, and in some instances if approved by admin, up to 1 month. Due to demand management, we can only hold a unit for this long.
  7. Are boys and girls allowed in the unit?
    • Yes, all genders are allowed in the units.
  8. Are we allowed to install internet?
    • Yes, you are allowed to install wireless internet services.
  9. Is it ok to remove the triple deck?
    • Some minor modifications are allowed in the contract if prior written confirmation is secured. A small fee may be charged for putting things back in their original condition.
  10. Are we allowed to add tenants to our rooms?
    • Yes, additional tenants are allowed but with an additional payment of 2,500 per month. Also, max occupancy per unit must be observed.
