  1. What features are included in the unit?
    • Inclusions: Triple Deck Bed, Kitchen Cabinet, Sink, Ledges, Private Comfort Room (CR), Individual Electric and Water Meter.
    • Additional: Air conditioning rental is available at P680, and bed foam rental at P2,800.

  3. Is there an increase during the renewal of the contract?
    • Generally, yes. There’s a 7% escalation rate upon renewal of the lease contract. However, tenants may negotiate their rent increase based on prevailing market forces at the time of renewal.
  4. How much do I need to pay prior to move-in, and what is the mode of payment?
    • Prior to move-in, payment includes 1 month advance, 2 months security deposit, and the pro-rated rate for the first month (Month 0, if applicable).
    • Payments must be made through BDO deposits. Cash payments are strictly not allowed.
  5. I am a reviewee, can I rent for only 3 months? How much is the rent?
    • Reviewee contracts are for a minimum of 4 to 5 months or until May and June only.
    • Rates for contracts less than 1 year are higher by about 15% to cover for vacancy shortfall.
  6. Can I reserve the unit far in advance?
    • Unfortunately, no. We only accept reservations up to 2 weeks in advance, and in some instances, if approved by admin, up to 1 month. Due to demand management, we can only hold a unit for this long.
  7. Are boys and girls allowed in the unit?
    • Yes, all genders are allowed in the units.
  8. Are we allowed to install internet?
    • Yes, you are allowed to install wireless internet services.
  9. Is it okay to remove the triple deck?
    • Some minor modifications are allowed in the contract if prior written confirmation is secured. A small fee may be charged for restoring things to their original condition.
  10. Are we allowed to add tenants to our rooms?
    • Yes, additional tenants are allowed but with an additional payment of P2,500 per month. Additionally, the maximum occupancy per unit must be observed.
  11. Are utilities already included in the rental?
    • Utilities will be billed separately based on your consumption. The rates shown in the actual Meralco and Maynilad bills will be used to calculate your usage.
