Luis Sixtus Esquivias is the founder and CEO of dorms.ph. He loves real estate investments and enjoys providing affordable rental accommodation to students and young professionals, believing that by doing so, he is directly helping the main engines of growth of the Philippine economy.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University in the United States where he was a Top Student Awardee on his graduation day. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy (BS BAA) from the University of the Philippines, Diliman where he graduated Cum Laude. He represented U.P. in academic competitions where they brought home the Team Championship trophy in the annual search for the most outstanding accounting students of the Philippines. He has fond memories of his boyhood days in the elementary and high school corridors of Ateneo de Manila.

In addition to his real estate initiatives, Luis also runs his accounting, tax, and financial consulting firm. He is the managing partner of Esquivias, Lim Co., CPAs. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), a licensed real estate broker (REB), and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
