Luis built Dorms.ph with a clear, ambitious goal: to provide high-quality, affordable living spaces for the students and young professionals driving the Philippine economy forward.

He backs up this mission with a formidable background in both numbers and property. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB), Luis brings top-tier expertise to the real estate market. Alongside leading Dorms.ph, he also runs his own successful accounting, tax, and financial consulting firm.

His track record speaks for itself:

• Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University): Earned his MBA and graduated as a Top Student Awardee.

• University of the Philippines, Diliman: Graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and Accountancy. While there, he led the UP Diliman team to a national championship in the search for the country’s most outstanding accounting students.

• Ateneo de Manila: Spent his foundational elementary and high school years here, shaping the work ethic and values that drive his businesses today.
